Error messages (services, timeouts)
Before proceeding with troubleshooting, ensure that you are using the latest versions of Chrome or Edge browsers, as GYTPOL does not support browsers below version 100. To gain insights into the behavior of the screens and the functions being loaded, follow these steps:
Open the web page where you are encountering the issue in Chrome or Edge.
Press the F12 key to open the developer tools.
In the developer tools panel, navigate to the "Network" tab.
Reproduce the action that leads to the error or issue.
When the error message appears, you will see requests and responses being recorded in the "Network" tab.
Locate the error message entry and click on it to view details.
Open the "Payload" tab to see the data being sent and received during the request.
Capture a screenshot or gather relevant information from the "Network" tab, "Payload" tab, and any other relevant tabs that show the waterfall of loading screens, functions, payload, and responses.
Provide this collected information to the GYTPOL support team for further analysis. This data will help them understand the issue and provide appropriate guidance or solutions.
By providing the detailed information from the developer tools, the GYTPOL support team will be better equipped to diagnose and address the issue you are encountering with the GYTPOL web application.
