Clients stopped reporting

To diagnose network connectivity issues with non-reporting clients/devices or the subnet they are located in, you can perform the following steps:

  1. Open PowerShell on the non-reporting client/device.

  2. Run the following command: Test-NetConnection _gytpol -port 9093

  • If TcpTestSucceeded is true, it indicates that the connection test was successful. In this case, you should provide the relevant logs to the GYTPOL support team for further assistance. The log's location can be found according to the instructions provided by GYTPOL support.

  • If TcpTestSucceeded is false, it suggests that the connection test failed. In this situation, you need to communicate with your networking team to ensure that TCP port 9093 is allowed between the non-reporting client/device and the GYTPOL server.

Resolving the network connectivity issue should allow the clients to communicate with the GYTPOL server successfully.
