Tasks not created

The GYTPOL client operates using scheduled tasks rather than running as a 24/7 agent. These tasks are responsible for executing various flows, scans, and remediation processes. During the client installation process, these tasks are automatically created in the "gytpol" folder within the main Task Scheduler Library.

If you're unable to view the tasks in the "gytpol" folder within the Task Scheduler Library, you can try the following steps:

  1. Run Task Scheduler as Administrator and look for the tasks in gytpol folder.

  2. Install Client as Administrator:

  • Open Command Prompt as Administrator by right-clicking on Command Prompt and selecting "Run as administrator."

  • Navigate to the directory where the GYTPOL client MSI installer is located.

Refer to the official GYTPOL client installation guide for detailed instructions: Client Installation - GYTPOL
