Introduction

The objective of this document is to provide instructions for both the onboarding of new customers and the migration process for existing customers to GYTPOL's Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

Preliminary steps and ongoing

The customer is required to furnish a list of email addresses for UI access. If different access levels are necessary, specify the required levels (e.g., Full Admin, Read for Windows Servers, Write for Linux Debian, etc.).

Ensure that the target operating system is supported and is part of the provided list.

Once the AWS SaaS tenant is established, GYTPOL will supply the username (email address provided) and an initial password. It is imperative to change this password upon the first login.

GYTPOL will furnish Firewall rules (allowing only port 443 to AWS URLs) for whitelisting in case of blocks.

Links to the GYTPOL client per OS (Windows, Linux, and macOS) will be added to the GYTPOL console.

For POC customers:
The Proof of Concept (PoC) license is limited to 50 devices and valid for 21 days. This fully functional license includes all modules and functions: detection, remediation, and revert functionality.

Throughout the PoC, various meetings will be conducted, including an onboarding session to review initial findings and UI overview, a status call for advanced technical discussions, and a PoC summary call to present results, discuss findings with stakeholders and decision-makers, and plan next steps.
